Works only 1/8 th of the time

This is the most expensive app, yet works the least amount of time, out of all the apps I have. I had it working when I first installed it. Then the app would not open at all. I wrote to the app support but they ignored me. I finally got it to work again by taking the app off iPod and re-installing it. In the last week I have had to take the app off iPod and re-install it three times because it continues to not want to open. Approximately 5 times in the middle of listening to the document it crashes, if I am lucky to get back into the app, it starts all over from the beginning with no fast forward option so I have to listen to it all over again. The bookmarks, which is suppose to mark you last location, if you are lucky to place one before the app crashes, it NEVER works stating "no bookmarks exist", so every time you go back to the doc you were listening to (with or without crashing) you have to start all over. In addition, a lot of times you try to place a bookmark, it tells you one already exists even if you have not placed a single one in the document. Nothing in this entire expensive app works consistantly. The programmers need to lower the price until the app works.
